Evan is 6!!!!
My little boy is now 6, I don't know where the time goes sometimes. With the kids getting older I sometimes have that "mom guilt" that I didn't do enough! Did I play enough with them? Did I read enough to them? Did I talk enough to them?? I guess I will never know, but I do know that I have some pretty great kids and I am blessed!

Crystal Light "Focus"!!
Funny story here. Anyone that knows me, knows I have no trouble at all sleeping! I am a great sleeper and it is very rare that I will have trouble with it. Well, Friday, I bought some flavored drink mixes at Kroger that were on Clearance, I was pretty excited because I basically only drink water and I really love those flavor packs. Well, yesterday I had 3 waterbottles full of the crystal light water, the name was Focus. I really paid no attention to it, in fact I put 2 packages in one bottle of water at one time. I had a great day, plenty of energy! I was watching the grammy's and couldn't sit still so I cleaned out my drawers, cleaned out my closet, folded some clothes etc. Well about 10:30 I told Josh that I had to get to sleep! My alarm goes off at 4:45 am so I was pushing it! WEll, he dozed off and there I lay WIDE AWAKE!!!! I could not figure out what was wrong with me, I never do this!!Anyway, the last time I looked at the clock it was around 1:45 am (leaving me 3 hours of sleep). I actually woke to my alarm quite alert, started fixing me another bottle of water and just happen to look at the box. Well what do you know??? Each package of that crystal light had 40 mg of caffine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( just a bit of info, a diet mountain dew has
36 mg's of caffeine in each serving)I don't drink caffeine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's just say that I taught the best step class today as well as had a very fast run. I have been going like the energizer bunny all day long. So here is a picture of the box, I will sell each package for $10.00 if you would like to have one!!
Spelling Bee fashion queen!
So Emma won 2nd place in her school spelling bee so she went and competed in the County spelling bee Saturday. She may not have won the spelling bee but I think she was mostly concerned with the fashion award (if there was one)! She is so funny, she did a great job!!
